Recently took my 2013 Highlander in for service. Alec took great care of us. He was knowledgeable and very professional. You can tell he truly values his customers. The shop was clean, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the prices were fair. Highly recommend!
Herb’s Garage is amazing and they go above and beyond!! They stayed late so I could get my car in with a dead battery. They are very trustworthy and want to do what is best for the customer!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I brought my ‘03 Mini to Herb’s, as it seemed the clutch was slipping. After a very thorough review (which they had also done for me a year before, when they fixed my suspension problem), they confirmed my problem and told me exactly how they would address it. As promised, the new clutch performs like new.
They did a fine job on our 2020 Camry. Took me home when I dropped it off for service & picked me back up once the job was done. Only hiccup was they were out of the oil that's used on our car, so it took about 90 minutes longer to get our car back while they waited on the delivery. Other than that a very good experience.
