We were new to town and bought our teen a car there in March that is now underivable (May). The air conditioning went bad within a month; the transmission failed the second month while we were driving, nearly causing an accident. Complete garbage and a waste of thousands of dollars.
We have bought 2 vehicles from Pete, due to financial issues. He is very rude and condescending and a smart ass when on the phone. We just bought another vehicle from him about 8 weeks ago. He told us to be there at 9:00 and they did provide transportation to get us there. We waited an hour for him. He knows your desperate for a vehicle, so takes advantage of that. His rudeness doesn't bother me. I just go right back at him. Yes, he does need to learn more about customer interaction, its lacking big time.
