I had an amazing experience at (585) Dentist: Eastside with Dr. Emilie Drumm and their superb hygienist, Alyssa Betron. Alyssa is truly the best hygienist I’ve ever had — incredibly thorough yet unbelievably gentle. She has the lightest hand in the world, and my cleaning was the most comfortable one I’ve experienced. 585 Dentist is superb. Dr Drumm is a true perfectionist: skilled and thorough. She fixed a chipped veneer - redoing it because she was not satisfied with the colour the first time around. The hygienists are also excellent and give a respected and solid second opinion to the dentists. I came in for a check up, a chipped veneer and teeth whitening. If I could give zero stars, I would. After multiple phone calls to the office and being on hold for far too long (over 20 minutes) - we were told that the appointment that my son had for TODAY with Dr. Klein was canceled, because the new dentist didn't accept the insurance. I did not receive anything in the mail, or a phone call, stating any of this. This is a terrible way to run a business. I'm glad you don't accept the insurance, because after all of this, I don't want to be a patient of 585 Dentist.
