If I could give zero stars, I would. After multiple phone calls to the office and being on hold for far too long (over 20 minutes) - we were told that the appointment that my son had for TODAY with Dr. Klein was canceled, because the new dentist didn't accept the insurance. I did not receive anything in the mail, or a phone call, stating any of this. This is a terrible way to run a business. I'm glad you don't accept the insurance, because after all of this, I don't want to be a patient of 585 Dentist.
Fantastic! Friendly atmosphere displayed by all staff. Dr. Herbison fixed a bonding issue that I had with a previous dentist. She took her time and showed that she truly cared. I will never go anywhere else. Extremely pleased!
