served raw food..asked how ap was n was told raw response was well looks like you ate half...best response would have been I'm sorry about that however our policy is if you eat half you pay for all..(we weren't going to say anything you asked) ....instead attitude n bring manager out with her attitude to add to it had to ask for our change several times while two were running mouths sure hope the owner doesn't know how you run the biz behind their back
Business response:
The reality is, you thought it was undercooked based on what you have had in the past. These are traditional conch fritters where the conch actually makes the batter. Soft and moist and not dried out hush puppies. It's all good. You were an ass in how you handled it, and we simply don't put up with that. It may have been your drive down during a busy time, or whatever stressed you out, but hope you enjoyed your visit to Key West.

Food was good but not fabulous. Everything was very “dry” and the garlic bread was just toast without anything on it. Not bad though.

Had the most amazing Buffalo chicken taco ever! Locally owned. Liz was very friendly and COVID safe.
Great place! If we lived here we decided we’d hang out here all the time! The live music out back was GREAT and everyone was super friendly! 🥰
