Exceptional service. Mr Wilkins is a gentleman with the highest character and is dependable and honest. I have used this service multiple times and would not hesitate to use HerbieVIP again.
The owner Willie stopped his car at my driveway yesterday when he saw my 19 year old girl getting out of her car. He approached her, making her uncomfortable, and started hitting on her. Then this morning proceeds to show up at my house again, ring my doorbell at 9am with a handwritten note for her saying to “call or text him if she needs cheering up” with a candy on it. Not to mention he seems about 50 years old.
I have known Mr. Wilkins for over 30 years. He is professional, prompt and courteous. I will ONLY use Herbie VIP for all my limo needs and airport runs. He has become a trusted source for me and everyone I recommend to!
As someone who has worked for Willie doing job for The Masters for the CEO Delta Airlines and the Superbowl i find this review out of character. He is a very out going gentleman and care a lot about people and their feelings. He often passes out business cards everywhere he goes by starting up friendly conversations. This last year i did the Superbowl with him in MIami and had a bad experience with a high paying client and he removed me from driving that client and drove them himself the next day.
