Staff is rude and the quality of their jewlery is just above costume jewlery now. I miss the old Herberts that don't dare take your ring out of your sight and happily show you the GIA number when you pick up your sized ring. The guy constantly was walking somewhere else with my ring in his hand to weigh then to look at the stone. I felt like he was trying to get it out of my sight then it was an inconvenience that I want to see my GIA number when I picked it up.
