Extremely satisfied! Very efficient and effective results. Changed my daughters looks extremely after the two years of braces. Dr Herbert wouldn’t take them off till she was totally satisfied.
Never know when they're going to be open. Can't hire enough staff to properly run the office. A lot of the time the phone won't be answered even when they're open. They don't update their hours on Google so it will show it as open but they're not. Website doesn't seem to work when I check it and their phone lines sometimes go down.
Dr. Herbert and Jodi are sooo nice. I got my braces removal done today and they gave some candies and apples! I highly recommend this ortho clinic. Will be back soon for my teeth cleaning ❤️
The lady named Jodi was extremely unprofessional and rude. She also treated her other coworker very poorly in front of everyone else. Extremely disrespectful. I only gave one star for the other older woman at the front with the glasses who was extremely kind and helpful.
