In Sep. 2016, I delivered at Baylor and had an anesthesiologist under Michael Herbert put in an epidural for me.. I have insurance and called their office to give them my insurance information just to be on the safe side. They confirmed that all my insurance information was correct. I received a bill 1 month later in the full amount of $6560.00 w/out insurance. I had to call the office again and have them enter my insurance info a 2nd time and had them repeat the insurance info back to me. HOWEVER in November I received the ... read more
