Abhor going to the doctor yet Dr McCowan and his nurses are kind, warm, professional and take an uncomfortable situation and seriously relax the patient just by the above traits. So grateful. Still the same after last visit
Are your clients supposed to be happy when your answering service can't get a hold of you and it takes 4 hours to get a call back? (During regular office hours)
Dr McCowan has been my primary care for years and he is professional, personable, and knows me when he treats me!
