My experience with Doctor Biel was exceptionally positive on all accounts. I had been battling a very bad pain in my right neck and shoulder and arm for six weeks( pain on and off for years I guess ) , and my general doctor before had mistakenly told me she thought I had two severely sprained muscles. I saw him today and he seemed to be bothered I was in his office. He was quite dismissive to the issue I'm having with my back. As patients we look to the doctors for guidance or suggestions as to what can be done to help us get well, but this was not even hi concern. I will NOT ever go back to see him, nor should others if they are looking for quality care.

I agree with another commenter that Dr. Biel acted very annoyed I was in his office and wasting his precious time. He kept rolling his eyes when I answered his questions. He was very dismissive, gave me very unclear guidance, and hurriedly rushed away. The nurse practitioner in his office was the same way. Do NOT recommend this practice, especially this doctor.
