Not a good experience at all. I went in for annual preventative care and got billed for a follow up visit for a problem I never had. Tried to talk to billing department and the front office. Nobody takes the responsibilty. Making me pay for the service I never recieved. Unacceptable.
Dr. Long is a very nice and kind individual. He is a great doctor that takes time for you and makes you feel like a priority. His staff is the same, very friendly and kind. If you want a doctor that truly cares about you while caring for your health needs, Dr. Herbert Long is just what you need.
Dr Long and his office people are awesome.
Best primary care in Richmond. They truly care about your health and wellbeing.
