I'm pretty sure their reviews are paid for. I tried twice to contact someone there regarding standard legal assistance with immigration matters. Very rude receptionist. First call back, didn't say anything on the line, then just hung up. Once that hurtal was done I got a very late call back to schedule interview call. You'll get 3 reminders of the appointment, but no one told them. Only kept trying since there are a 10min walk from where I am. Not worth the back and forth.
I had a great experience with Tyler Allen Law Firm. Salvador helped me with my Arizona traffic case, kept me updated, and the case was dismissed. The process was handled professionally and clearly from start to finish.
