I DO NOT reccommend using Horita Property LLC. As a property realtor and agent, they are more unresponsive then my teenage son. Nothing worse than being ignored; whether by phone, text, or email. We even had to reach back to their corporate office to ask if they received any of our inquiries and application. Wheter your local, DoD affiliate, or about to PCS inbound/outbound - there are plenty of better options. Stay away from Horita Realty.

Brian as a property manager was terrific. I lived in Kam Towers on Aupuni Street, and it was absolutely fantastic. He’s efficient in what he does and he gets things done. The maintenance manager Terry was very helpful and terrific to.. It’s a great place to live. The apartment was awesome, and when I moved my deposit was refunded within 1 week.
