I tried to call many times during open hours. The call went straight to voicemail, never get a call back. Funny how healthcare department front desk taking care of business now day. Especially INFUSION CENTER where critical illness need to be scheduling and taking care as seriously matters!
Wow dr fugazzi explained every step of my radiation treatment. Along with dr Chapman and the team I was entirely impressed will the care I received. I was treated like family. Nurses and radiation techs were the most thoughtful caring persons . All question were answered and the plan to rid my body of cancer was administered perfectly In the last 40 years I have been admitted to many hospitals.This cancer center and the team effort was right and top of. List thanks thanks to all

Things you will NOT get at Herbert Herman Cancer Center: -honesty about your diagnosis/prognosis Things you WILL get at Herbert Herman Cancer Center: -rushed appointments -rude oncology nurses (not the infusion nurses - they all get 5 stars) -horrible communication skills -an office manager who is more worried about what employee accidentally gave out a personal cell number...and the accidental personal cell number that was given out wouldn't have been given out had we gotten a call back about an insurance approval issue Go ... read more
