Wonderful customer service! Not many places stand behind their work like the great people at Herbert's. We've used multiple times and have always been very pleased. (And we aren't talking just a simple oil change.) Love their communication with customers prior to repairing the problem. Thank you! �
Awesome customer service and very fast oil changes! Everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond! I don't post reviews very often but I had to give these guys their due!
Wanted to give a shout out to Herbert Automotive! This company's Customer Service is awesome!! On top of that, they serviced my truck (full service, rotate and balance) in about 25 minutes. Oh yea, I asked them to balance the tires. They came back and said no need they were in great shape. Many other mechanics would have done it just to be able to charge more. This company gets it!!
