Outstanding Dr Fischer is excellent in his practice. I one of his patients for a number of years. He played a large role in diagnosing a serous issue and connecting me with the doctors who inserted a "pig valve" in my heart that is still working well at my 80th Biirthday
First let me Begin by saying that Dr Fisher has been my cardiologist for about 20 years and I have a world of respect for him , he is a very good cardiologist. However since cardiac consultants of Philadelphia took over, the service is absolutely horrible. You can no longer call in and talk to his nurse and get an answer for a health question.
