Very disappointed with this experience. We dropped our vehicle off on November 24 after calling a week in advance so parts could be ordered, and were told it would be ready by that Friday. That timeline was missed multiple times due to incorrect paint matches and parts. The shop never contacted us proactively, we had to call every time for updates.
