In March of 2026, A deer and my car met and it ended horribly for both. My insurance company and I worked with Herbers. The technicians are thorough. I was impressed! The lady who I dealt with specifically was Arianna. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and answered my questions. She is an asset to Herbers! This is where I will take my vehicle insurance related or not.
I am very disappointed with Herbers in Leduc. I was promised I would have my car back in 4 days because I am disable and renting a car is not a good option. It took 9 days. They said one of their painters was sick but could have put the other on my vehicle if they thought it was important. (I guess they didn't) They also removed all my personal items from my dash and drivers door. I was not told about this prior. If I had know I would of pack my own belongs up prior.
