TL;DR, were issues with parts that worked fine before repairs, they fixed them and loaned me a car free of charge. Original repairs somewhat costly and took quite a while. Damaged car required an extensive repair which took about 3 months, perhaps ordering parts was an issue. Was somewhat expensive, and not sure if everything on the bill needed to be replaced (it was an insurance claim so perhaps trying to milk it?) Herbers fixed my car in a very short time. Picked it up and it was all cleaned up, inside and out. Service has always been cheerful from the ladies. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
If it was possible to give no stars, I would probably do it. I brought in three vehicles to this location when it was called Herbers and the service was amazing. Just recently another car hit me so I have an insurance claim and the only place I want to go to get my car fixed was this place I went in and got an appraisal done by Tom VanAmsterdam he handed me the appraisal and said for me to scan it and send it to my insurance company because he said he didn’t have the email address when I got home.
