I've been coming to Herban Kulture for some time now, and the staff never disappoints. My last visit stood out thanks to Austin he made me feel welcomed right away and went above and beyond. He definitely made the experience even better, always a good vibe here, which is why I stay loyal.
Spotless clean inside, great selection, owner is so knowledgeable and generous. Also, can’t go wrong with complementary ice cream with your green!
We had such a great experience here thanks to Saul. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain the products and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell he cares about giving customers the best experience possible. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any dispensary!
