I Just started doing the classes and as much as I thought I would flake out by now, I actually look forward to the classes . Kenjay and Liz are amazing. They are so positive and they push me to my limits and then some. I also enjoy the post workout shakes. I am not completely on board with them as meal replacements for dinner but breakfast and lunches, I can do that. All in all I look forward to my transformation and my fitness journey.
Anyone looking to get back in shape needs to meet Kenjay the owner. He is super knowledgeable on all things relayed to health and fitness and he is super easy to work with. Not pushy at all, hes very supportive. Hes an all around great guy. He helped me drop a quick 9 pounds.

Love this place it feels like home, there very welcoming and I love there shakes!! I will recommend you anyone trying to loose weight! They are so helpful and they have so many tips to show you the path to weight loss!! They are the perfect couple duet! Love this place!
