Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this facility. As a long-haul driver, sticking to a schedule is critical, yet the staff showed zero regard for my time. They prioritized loading their own company trucks while keeping outside carriers waiting indefinitely. The staff was rude and uncooperative when asked for updates. I would not recommend this location for efficient service.
