Such a wonderful experience with the entire team. I have just relocated from a state that everything is at the tip of your fingers. The entire team takes their time with their patients and walks them through every step of the process. Its has been so helpful for me and I am grateful for the team.
I transferred to Herbal Wellness. The woman at the reception desk was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. She got me right in, in no time. The reception area was clean and many items in their shop. It was quite cold in the waiting areas. Dr. Mapp was personable, receptive and friendly. He asked lots of questions but didn't rush through. Overall, I had a great experience and they made it easy for me to transfer to their doctor and office. I will definitely continue here and would refer friends and family.
This is by far my best experience with a medical marijuana doctor’s office. It’s less expensive than my previous doctor and far more convenient. They make sure I understand everything and do so in a professional manner. I love that follow up appointments are done on the phone. Five star service!!!
I was not real comfortable at my last clinic so tried this Wellness Group as a shot in the dark. I could not have been more pleased. I was met with seriousness and hospitality with a full assessment of my needs. I was given verbal and written post visit information . Thank you Herbal Wellness.
What a great place. I hate going to doctors,but the made me feel so comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next visit . Not only is it a medical marijuana doctor they also have a little herbal wellness shop and accessories great products for a great price I highly recommend this place
