I transferred to Herbal Wellness. The woman at the reception desk was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. She got me right in, in no time. The reception area was clean and many items in their shop. It was quite cold in the waiting areas. Dr. Mapp was personable, receptive and friendly. He asked lots of questions but didn't rush through. Overall, I had a great experience and they made it easy for me to transfer to their doctor and office. I will definitely continue here and would refer friends and family.
I am new to Florida and didn't know the laws and how to get myself better. They were so patient with me and walked me through the process, took their time with me and I felt heard. It was one of the best experiences and highly recommend the ENTIRE team at Herbal Wellness.
Just had my first recertification appointment and it was so fast and easy. They allow you to do it over the telephone and the lady who did mine was so nice and didn’t hold me up for too long. And I totally forgot I had a discount for leaving a review! So I saved some money too which always makes me happy!
I transferred from another MJ provider and had my first appointment with the doctor today. I was so impressed! The facility is easy to find and appealing. All of that staff was friendly and efficient.
BARE MINIMUM HERE Upon renewal last month I was told to call back if I needed to adjust any numbers, if things were low. Called back today and got very unprofessional service. Hung up on twice. I spoke two individuals who refused to allow me to speak and was over talked continuously. I asked questions about my numbers and asked to speak with the Dr. I was then told “DR MAPP WORKS FOR US NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND”.
