They have amazing attention to detail, are kind and very accommodating. The nails they’ve done always last and are works of art!!!! Highly highly recommend
Leo was very rude and began to rush my service when a client was waiting on him. He pushed and pulled my hands, threw a used paper towel in my direction when I accidentally bumped my arm while he was doing my nails, and did an extremely chunky and sloppy French tip. His attitude was extremely uncalled for as him and I had no exchanged really any words with each other. Fantastic pedicures! The gentleman took his time and ensured I was pleased with the final product
There are a lot of positives. The staff is friendly and the salon is very clean. I have always been pleased with the manicures and pedicures I receive. And the massage at the end is a great touch. Unfortunately, making an appointment is useless. I usually wait at least half an hour past my appointment time and have actually left without getting my nails done because it was 45 minutes past my appointment. It is extremely frustrating. I had a really good experience. My nails look just like the inspiration photos. The only this is, I would prefer them to be a little thicker.
