really sad used to come here, last time i went they took my card didn’t tell me the price before charging me and then proceeded to charge me 350$ for a full set and pedicure. I’ve never in my life paid that much money and i’m really upset with the way they went about it. felt so scammy and then were all laughing and looking at me as i came up to the front to pay. I would definitely choose another spot. Not Okay.
I absolutely love Jessica!!! She’s always happy and pleasant. Zoey did my pedicure and it was delightful!!! Amy the hostess is so helpful and always happy!!! Thank you all for an amazing experience!!!
Receptionist has a bad attitude very bad customer service. Tried to give them a chance but was given attitude right when I walked in so I walked out. Do not recommend!!!
I had an amazing experience at Herbal Nails! Tiffany did my nails, and she was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time here, and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I got a cat eye gel x style, and she took her time to make sure everything looked perfect — and it did! Tiffany was patient, listened carefully to my requests, and delivered exactly what I wanted. I had the most wonderful experience getting a pedicure and my nails done today. The salon is incredibly clean, and the staff is very friendly. Chris is a true professional.The nail art he creates for me is absolutely flawless and exceeds my expectations Zoey was meticulous with my pedicure, and my feet feel brand new
