My wife received a $40 gift card to Herbal Nails - Happy Valley. So when it came time to get a pedicure, she naturally chose this salon because she had the gift card to use. After receiving the services, she handed the cashier the gift card and she was told there was no money on the gift card. She explained that she had never been there before and there was no way the gift card had already been used. Horrible experience,bad service, lumpy bumpy misshaped nails ! Ugly nailsâ high priced nails bad service not good quality of products and the people that work thier don't speak English they do not understand you.they all are self righteous and sold on thier ideas of what they have to offer ,lumpy bumpy ugly nails .Way way over priced 57 dollars for a fill,that you can get any where for 25.00half the price. The first thing I noticed was that the spa did not have the usual chemical smell which I really appreciated. I was a bit skeptical at first because I have only had the traditional gel nails. But when the technician was done I was so pleased. I loved the atmosphere and my overall experience was fantastic.
I am so happy with my nails. Very friendly staff, had a fantastic time :)
