I went there for an acrylic fill which is $53 and was charged gel-x price $63. Didn’t get any design or extra work.and it took less than 30 mins. Never had an issue at this place until new management took over.
I went in for a simple toe polish change, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The nail tech asked if he could cut my nails down, and I agreed. However, instead of keeping the neat square shape I walked in with, he filed them into a round shape without my request. After he finished painting them, he sent me to the front desk. When I spoke with the receptionist to explain that I was unhappy with the new shape, and asked to return the next day for a re-do since I had an upcoming event, she flatly refused.
