They advertise walk-ins but can’t accommodate. I spoke with Chati, one of the managers, and had a bad experience. It wasn’t just the inconvenience it was the way it was communicated, like I was being unreasonable or last-minute. They asked me to wait about an hour and the latest they could take me was 6:15 for a 15-minute fix, even though they close at 7. It was honestly confusing. Nathan did my nails, and unfortunately the result looked very thick and unnatural. When I tried to give feedback, he cut me off and dismissed my concerns in a rude manner. Additionally, he sneezed directly into my hands and continued working without washing or sanitizing them, which was very concerning. I still paid in full and tipped, but I won’t be returning.
I had a lady—honestly not even sure if her name was Tiffany, Tam, or something like that they will ether not tell me the name or say a random name 😭 but she was extremely aggressive and unprofessional.
