Excellent service and great customer service. They go beyond there service. My nail person is super her is Jasmine. The owner has great customer service. Take pride. In her business and clients. It's hard to come down. But I really try to here. Because I haven't found one in Lake Havasu City, Az. So I will be coming down every third or fourth month to get them done. I will never go here again! Herbal Nails is on the more expensive side and I was OK with that with the Service I used to get from Lucy and Ceci. I am absolutely disgusted with this place now. Ceci no longer does pedicures and so I went back with Lucy and this last appointment I specifically booked with Lucy and she gave me probably an eight minute manicure and some other lady did my pedicure even though I booked with Lucy. Lucy is the best ever. She does the best GelX manicure. Christine, does the best pedicure.
