I went to this place twice, and unfortunately, both times were unpleasant experiences. The salon itself is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly. However, despite having appointments, the service was extremely delayed both times. The first time, back in March, I waited more than 45 minutes on a weekday before anyone came to help me. Great service and amazing workers!
First, let me start by saying the woman who did my pedicure did a great job and she was lovely. I believe her name is Michelle as I have seen an other post. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the salon. I called in the morning to ask if they had appointments. I was told that I could come in at 11:30 for my toes and 12 o’clock for a full set.
