I searched for a long time for a nail place that I truly like and want to come back to. I’m so happy I found herbal nails. They’re consistently good quality, you can make appointments online, they always offer water/coffee, and it’s very clean. I also highly recommend the builder gel (zen or radical). It’s basically hard gel and lasts like a solid 3 -4 weeks. Life changer.
I am giving this for lack of professionalism. Me and my MIL goes here as its closer to my house. I always make an apppointment and most times I have to wait 10 15min which is okay. Today I get there 2.55 for my 3pm appointment but noone helped me until 3.50 and I had to leave disappointed . They took atleast 4 people that came after me and 2 of them walkins. I had actually stopped getting my nails done here on North end. Moving from Bonney Lake Sumner area, I was looking for a new place as we are now in Lynnwood area. A friend of mine suggested Herbal nails. I got a lady named Lily. She did my nails exactly how I requested. I make & sell jewelry/rosaries and need total control of my fingers. Also needing elegant hands as I'm showing things with my hands under lights. I got exactly that. GOAT Thank you
