Last time I had a great experience, I guess it depends on the staff members you pick... I asked when I went in if they could do one of two pictures of the gelx and they chose the more complicated one . I was like okay cool. Guy did a good prep however when it came to the design he kept saying he could do the 3D design , but then as it got to it he pulled out charms instead.... I didnt want a charm. Edit: The Customer Service Rep called me to discuss my review. He ended up giving me a partial refund because of the issue. He aplogies for the misunderstanding. He asked me if it was the money or service I was upset about. I told him that I was upset at the service. I know the price and understood it was a service. I did let him know that I would still be going to visit my nail lady because I do love her work. So long as she is there I will continue to visit the location I have been going to my lady a very long time over 10... read more

First time here and I had such a nice experience. I was helped by Hannah for a gel pedicure with callus removal and a gel x mani by Emily. Both did a great job and were very attentive! Total was $132 in cash (heads up there is a $4 fee for card use). The space was clean and spread out which I really appreciated and was offered drinks and a snack during my service ☺️

They did a horrible job on my nails. Also, I was visiting on vacation and went there once and I have not stopped getting texts from them even though I have opted out and called them and asked them to remove my information from their database. I am still getting texts and I can’t seem to get anybody to stop sending them to me. I do not live in your country and I will not be coming back.
