First time going my aunt treated. So I went back and will continue going back. I went today to have my nails done because March is going to be a busy month for me. My daughter baby shower and my brother is going to have a big 50th birthday party.

I’ve been going to Herbal Nails since I was in 4th grade ( I’m 20 ) I’ve never had any form of issue until now, but unfortunately this is one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. I came in on 02/19/2024 and asked for white stilettos, the only change for the set to be just a teeny bit shorter, but not too much . I have been here a few times because it's near my home and it's usually a good experience but I went with a group to get our nails done for my wedding. My nails look absolutely nothing like what I asked for, and the tech filed around my nail bed so many times that I was bleeding in multiple places. My pedicure lasted 21 mins from start to finish. I have visited Herbal Nails many times now, and I love the results, the workmanship, the quiet atmosphere. Love changing my color up, and the almond shape is beautiful. Their shellac/gel lasts. Edit: Want to add that the pedicures are great here too. It is the Attention to detail, and the care.
