Been going here since January every time I’m hopeful that the next appointment will be better than the last. You get passed around from multiple technicians. The only good technician is Henry and he isn’t there anymore. The last time I got my nails done the guy rushed and they were so bad. Fortunately, he didn’t charge me but two days later they were already chipping off I will not be returning. They need to figure it out. regardless, everyone is very sweet, but it is not ran very well. Belle is awesome though.

Worst manicure I have ever received. They took me 30 mins after my appointment time, don’t have all of the steps for dazzle dry and the lady I had cut four of my fingers when cutting my cuticles, none of my nails are the same length or shape, she didn’t even file some of them at all, there are air bubbles or specks on almost all nails, started chipping the same day and I didn’t have time to get them fixed before my event. Would never return or recommend.

I've been going to Herbal Nails going on three years and its the only place I'll go in the area. Everyone is so friendly, and they do a great job!

i've been getting my nails done by belle for a while now and she is absolutely AMAZING. i will never go anywhere else. the entire staff is also amazing and so nice!!
