I’m very disappointed. I have gone here by myself and bought over $100 in crystals for a Valentine’s Day gift for my 10 year old son and fully intended on spending the same this next visit. This weekend our community is supposed to come together and support our small businesses in this difficult time, so I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce my son to the shop. Was told very rudely to, “get out,” before we even got in the door. They are appointments only, now, which is totally understandable, but when we called, they were FREE ALL DAY, so not sure of their need to tell us to ‘get out’ before we even had a chance to go in. There were also open signs all over the place outside with nothing that said appointments only. Made me uncomfortable enough that I will NEVER go back. We will continue to go to Spiritually Rooted in North Tonawanda.
