I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. The flowers that were meant to be delivered never arrived, even though I was home all day. There was no text, confirmation, or proof of delivery provided at any point. When I called the office to inquire, I was told the flowers had been delivered, and if there was an issue, it was because I supposedly live in an “unsafe area,” which is completely untrue and frankly, offensive. I ordered some flowers from Herbaceous Flowers for my daughter who just had a baby. They were the most beautiful bunch of flowers I’ve seen in a long time! Everyone has commented on them. Full credit to the ladies who create these gifts to make them not just like any other bunch of flowers, but with care and thought for the person receiving them! Thank you!
