I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. The flowers that were meant to be delivered never arrived, even though I was home all day. There was no text, confirmation, or proof of delivery provided at any point. When I called the office to inquire, I was told the flowers had been delivered, and if there was an issue, it was because I supposedly live in an “unsafe area,” which is completely untrue and frankly, offensive.
