If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Tech came out for intial appt and didn't have correct tools to fix our dryer. Scheduled 2nd appt for 1 week later. Tech came out with incorrect part. Part was ordered, but,because of the the upcoming holiday, we were low priority and scheduled for 2 weeks later. Received call from tech the DAY of the appt (15 minutes before their 2 hour window was due to expire) and was told (by an extremely rude scheduler named Kelsey) that they had AGAIN ordered the wrong part and that it wou... read more
Not happy, not happy at all! Customer service is terrible! Bought my Maytag washer from Herb Snow and Sons 2 years ago. Called them for service because I had purchased it from them. They came to repair and didn't have the part charged me $49.99 for trip charge and another $25 to diagnose the problem. Came back 2 days later with the part and charged me another $75 in labor for 15 minutes of repair time. I have now paid $150 in trip and labor.
