First class experience all around - from the ease of ordering my new truck, to Ted's constant communication throughout the delivery process to the amount of time spent showing me all of the functions of my new vehicle. Best buying experience you will ever have!
This is what a dealership should be. No dealing with sales people making commission on a car you aren't interested in, service is fairly priced, clean facility.
Their service department is excellent! Scheduling my service was very easy. The service was completed within the time frame we discussed and I had my truck back the same day! Other dealerships I have dealt with would promise my service would be done by a certain date, but when that date came they kept putting me off for a week or more! That does not happen here, and I am very pleased with the service department here.
Excellent service! Every aspect of buying a vehicle was smooth and painless. Great family owned business.
