It’s really too bad. The people you interact with are unresponsive - they never answer the phone, never call back. My car was in for service and came back a mess. Usually they wash the car, wipe down the dash and console, and wash the floor mats. This time none of that was done and in fact they left steaks and scratches of residue on my windshield after changing the sticker. They changed my presets for my seat and mirrors too. I’m fine if you need to change it to operate the car, but do you have to actually save it as a pres... read more

Just had my car serviced today at MetroWest Hyundai/Genesis in Framingham. I was very impressed with the attention given to me by the service desk staff. They were very attentive and thorough with answering my questions and keeping me informed with the progress with my car being serviced. I mentioned to them that I am not accustomed in receiving so much attention. Savannah actually drove my car up to the door so I wouldn’t have to walk around the parking lot looking for my car.
