First time I didn't have to spend hours haggling to get a good deal
Booked an appointment for scheduled service several weeks before my vacation so it could be taken care of without interfering with my work schedule. The day of the appointment I received a phone call stating that the valet service was not covered due to being passed the three year coverage timeframe and the cost would be $125. I asked if a rental would be available if I brought my car in for service as I already made plans for the day and there wasn’t one available. Not awful, but not great. I took my Genesis in for basic service, this was supposed to include checking the tire pressure. I knew the pressure was low on all my tires. The report I received at the end said that all my tires were at the appropriate pressure, but as I was driving home, I could see that the pressure was still low in all but one. The reason one was correct was because they had to re-mount the tire because they had put it on backwards in a previous visit, so that was extra time I had to wait for them to fix their... read more
