I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Porsche service department. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kept us in the loop through the whole process. This is not where we purchased our Porsche, however, they definitely have our business from this day forward. Alysa was our service agent and she was amazing, answered all our questions, made phone calls to make sure we received all the warranties we purchased when buying the car and was a delight to work with. A new dealership for me. Moved from Brookline to Natick temporarily. The guy I dealt with is Michael Hashem. I originally bought it in July 1, 2025. It sat there until July 30, 2025. Despite me asking for someone to call me. I never received the call. I called every 2-3 days to find out the progress on 2023 718 Cayman T. Replaced my front and rear oxygen sensor.
