I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with John Andrade, and I can confidently say it was a complete waste of time. He was rude, condescending, and carried an air of entitlement. A dealership that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction should rethink having someone like this as a representative. Two hours wasted dealing with arrogance and incompetence—avoid if you value your time and dignity.
