Service is terrible. They admitted the battery was in severe need of charge but decided not to replace it. When I bought the car used. I got stuck and the had to tow the car. Cost me countless hours. No cost fix by Porsche. Then the mechanic decided to add oil when it was 100% fill. No test drive. I get home and have an oil over fill warning. Call and was told mechanic did not add oil. Bring car back and that’s when I found out he did add oil. Same mechanic drained added oil out. Again no test drive and recheck. I get home a... read more

Excellent experience at Herb Chambers Porsche Natick. Terrific and friendly staff. No high pressure. My sales representative, Manny was wonderful. He exceeded my expectations, working hard to answer all my questions, providing videos of the the engine compartments and undercarriages. When I drove home the CPO Macan S, I knew I made the right choice. Manny gets the credit for that.
