We had the pleasure of taking a test drive with Marcus (Mehmet :) ). We are two young women, we came in with less then an hour to close and only wanted to test drive. Even given all those facts we genuinely were treated so kindly by all staff but especially Mehmet, and he genuinely took all of his time, helped us learn every single feature about that car and never made us feel pressured or rushed. We bought a new Countryman today and we couldn't be happier with the extremely professional, courteous and enjoyable buying experience at Herb Chambers MINI. Steve is an absolute delight to work, he certainly knows his product and nothing was too much trouble. High praise as well to Zain and Omar who exuded the same levels as Steve.
I thought BMW would be different, but it wasn't. I went there, took care of everything they asked me to do, signed all the documents, and was told they'd call me the next day (last Wednesday). They never did. Today, Friday, I called to check on the status of the process at 12:28 pm. The employee who helped me on Tuesday said they didn't know how the process was going, but that they'd get back to me within the hour. I have worked with Herb Chambers Mini for 20 years. I am on my 4th mini and while I obviously like the cars for city driving, I am most impressed with the level of service. I have worked with the same service manager for my entire mini experience. Marc Raven is by far the most attentive and knowledgeable service rep I have ever worked with. Our car is always fixed the first time and Marc even advised the service team at another dealership when we were on a cross country road trip.
