I have worked with Herb Chambers Mini for 20 years. I am on my 4th mini and while I obviously like the cars for city driving, I am most impressed with the level of service. I have worked with the same service manager for my entire mini experience. Marc Raven is by far the most attentive and knowledgeable service rep I have ever worked with. Ihad a fantastic experience buying my new car at Herb chambers Mini Boston ! Mehmet, my salesperson, was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. The entire team was friendly and professional, and the sales manager Zain was really nice and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. The purchase process was smooth and transparent.

I just leased a 2025 MINI Cooper S 2-door. This is my third MINI,; and David, my sales rep, helped me with all three. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, but also a really nice guy. The sales manager, Zain, helped me with the initial pricing details; and the offer was even better than I had expected. In addition, the service manager, Mark, came to the sales area just to say 'Hi'. His service over the years is a major reason that I can enthusiastically recommend this dealership.

Trust is very important to me, and Mehmet proved to be a very trustworthy advisor. We’ve had good experience overall with Herb Chambers’ dealerships, so I think they set a customer-focused tone from the top, which is always a plus in my book. I’d recommend Mehmet in a heartbeat!

My husband and I recently purchased a mini cooper from Herb Chambers. Rodrigo, our sales man, was super professional and knowledgeable about the mini. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. It was a painless and pleasant experience and most importantly without pressure. The vehicle was ready for pickup on the date discussed along with plates and registration. I would highly recommend seeing Rodrigo at Herb Chambers if you’re looking to buy a vehicle.
