I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. Kevin Sorgi was an outstanding sales rep! He was extremely helpful and wasn’t aggressive and in your face like some car sales associates. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a Lincoln. Trying to get a service appointment apparently takes an act of God. I have been trying since last week. I called and left a voicemail that went unanswered. I then used the app and no one showed up to get the vehicle. I called and they couldn’t figure out how to book it so I got transferred, left a message and still no response today - 3 days later.
