I called and made an appointment and told them which vehicle I was interested in prior to my arrival, and was under the impression, based on my phone call, that the vehicle type was there and that a sales would rep would be available to help me in viewing me discussing a potential purchase. HORRIBLE Sales. A complete rip off. DO not deal with this entire dealership. Both the Manager and the salesman screwed me over big time. I got an estimate for a lease. A different dealership gave me a much lower price so they matched it. I test drove the car at the lot however it was not the exact car I was looking for since they did not have the automatic version or the color I was looking to purchase. I agreed to lease that car in automatic and blue. I told them I wanted this exact car just in blue and with a sunroof. They... read more
