Had a great experience purchasing my 2026 Passport a couple weekends ago! I was able to talk pricing with the sales team and then ultimately finalize a price with Tom the GM through some email exchanges - we agreed on a time for me to come in and do the paperwork and there was no BS; the pricing was as promised. I did my final walkthrough and test drive with Mary Lopez - she was great and very personable and handled most of my sale paperwork. The service was disappointing. I was told the wheels would be fixed in three days, but it ended up taking a full week. Even after the delay, the tire pressure wasn’t calibrated, so I had to return the next day to get it corrected. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car, the staff couldn’t locate my paperwork, and I was left waiting an unreasonably long time
