I had a window stick open on 2-month old GLE 450 e. When I called, I was given an immediate appointment. The car was fixed within the hour and thoroughly washed. Very impressed with the timeliness and quality of the service Brian gave me.
I left my car there for repairs yesterday. I have heard good things about this location and I am counting on the team to complete the repairs in time. Based on the damage, it doesn’t look it should take three weeks though as the insurance mentioned they can get it done much less than the time the Herb team has quoted. Yet, I am hoping for the team to complete the repairs asap.
Chose Mercedes Benz in Sudbury because of the great service. I live closer to the Shrewsbury Mercedes but the price and service is outstanding! I was able to get a loaner quicker, so it also was a plus. Had my A service there and will continue to go back. Dan was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop all the way.
