Great service. Dan, the service advisor was a pleasure to deal with. Too bad that the problem the service team had to fix (major oil leak after only 12,000 easy miles) has left me dubious about the initial quality of my AMG C43, a vehicle that I have otherwise been happy with. I have owned E Class wagons consistently for almost 40 years and have never doubted the high quality. This was my first C Class. I would not recommend Herb Chambers Collision Center of Holliston. The biggest issue here is the amount of time it takes for them to finish repairs. What should have been a straightforward job dragged on far longer than expected, with little communication or urgency. Waiting over a month just to get your car back is unacceptable, especially when you rely on it daily. If you need timely service, look elsewhere
I brought my truck here to get my keyless code . it took all of 15 minutes for them to get the code I needed . I drove 2 hours one way to get this done excellent I am very happy. I brought the same issue to my local Ford dealer and they tried twice to pull the code that I needed and failed thank you herb Chambers of holliston
My car needed minor routine servicing and Fred handled everything, including a shuttle ride and later pick up. Fred also reviewed my car's overall status for service or repairs that might be on the horizon. As always, Fred was super efficient and friendly.
