The entire team is excellent, professional, and diligent. My experience with Chris and his team at the Holliston, MA collision center was more than excellent, and I am very happy and impressed with the results.
I had my 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography LWB repaired at HC Collision Center of Holliston. The group is very professional and easy to deal with. These RR's take a long time to repair as the parts are always delayed coming from the IK, but Tina and her crew kept me informed and up-to-date. There were some issues that popped up and Tina always provided great customer support. Staff was kind and understanding they kept us informed every step of t way even helped to navigate a rental service. Car is like new :)
* Land Rover owners must read* Just awful!!! 3 months to fix a roof dent. Yes on a LR can be a pain but 3 months? Dropped off on january 21st. Returned to me on april 18th, The excuse, "we only have 2 land rover certified techs." A fact that is not disclosed when you drop off a vehicle. Called and texted every Friday for updates and was told the same thing...1 more week. Total lie and they new it. This is about a third of the actual story but for brevity sake I will end with this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
