People make mistakes sometimes, it happens. Unfortunately, our car sat in the lot accruing $85/day fees for over 30 days before a technician was able to start a tear-down and submit a supplement to insurance. We were not notified that this was the case. Instead of acknowledging this happened the nice people at this business doubled down and blamed the insurance company. They then refused to negotiate the fees with insurance and "closed out" the file once the car was deemed a total. My insurance refused to cover the thousands... read more
