Herb Chambers Collision Center in Holliston is outstanding! I was in an accident in May 2026 with a brand new Porsche Cayenne Turbo E hybrid. An object fell from a truck driving in front of me while out of state, and damaged my right front end, undercarriage, and radiator. Porsche Burlington highly recommended the body shop, so I had the car towed there. From the first call to phone and email the entire team was amazing. Be careful everyone taking your car in this place, I never write an review but this place made me, I took my car to this shop for a bumper repair but they performed additional work on the muffler which was not necessary. When I went to pick up my car, immediately noticed a noise and vibration that were not there before. I told the service advisor at the time, but he said it would be fine after driving the car for a while. Unfortunately, even after a few days the problem did not go away. The manager Timothy Johnson is not fit to be a manager. I took in my car for a minor scratch and it took over 30 days for my car to get fixed. To compound issues, upon getting my car back, the brake lights came on. Took my car in for service and I was told that a rodent had chewed on my brake sensor. My car was idle for a long time while at the collision center and I explained this to Timothy Johnson. He refused to take responsibility and accountability.
