Initially I had some grievances. However when facility manager Tim found out about my complaint, he made sure things were taken care of on asap basis. He called me to update the progress on very frequent basis. I also want to thank Chris who took outstanding care of all the repairs. Our car is finally fixed!
This is revised review. I gave 5 stars initially because facility was very responsive. I am waiting for a response from this facility and once I have the reply, I will post more details on why stars went from 5 to 3 and now to 2. I will also add time line of when I took the my vehicle to this place, the kind of damage, communication with the team, and detailed time line of repair. Stay tuned to get more details. Working with Brian was great. Brian is the best!!
They repair my car and did their best to have it done in the timeframe I have my insurance rental. They did a complete good cleaning to my car as part of the service (not the basic one i am used to with my BMW dealership service). I recommend them and I will come back again.
