I've had 2 very good experiences with Herb Chambers Collision Center. The first time was a repair of my BMW which came out spectacular, it looked brand new so of course when I had an accident recently it was a no brainer to bring it back to Herb Chambers. Both times, the customer service team was great but more recently I had the pleasure of working with Allison Cox. Gotta be honest.. reviews are 100% accurate. If you’re 90 years old and drive your car once per year this may be the shop for you. Otherwise if you actually need your vehicle or expect a shop to do the bare minimum and actually get to looking at your vehicle you couldn’t be in a worse spot. My van sat here for days, I was told it was probably ready to drive off the property. It wasn’t. Not sure why they accept new repairs, they simply aren’t ready and by the sound of it they never are. This used to be a great place to fix your car. My last visit has me directing others somewhere else. My car was fixed last year, February 2024. it was there over 2 months, and still today, I am still waiting on a part for my car a year later. Don't know what happened to this place. The employees are nice. But service is lacking. Sorry, I have to be honest.
