I have been waiting for my car to be repaired for over a month now, and every time I call, I receive the same response: “waiting for a part to arrive.” For the past three weeks, this has been the only update, which is extremely frustrating. Staci at the desk was super helpful and all over my car / insurance. I was rear ended and they said the fix could take 3 weeks which would have screwed up my family vacation. They got the job done in 1 week which met my timeline. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
I am so incredibly disappointed with the service I received at your Ford dealership. I brought my truck in for what I thought would be a straightforward repair, but the work done was absolutely subpar. To say I'm dissatisfied would be a massive understatement. I've had 2 very good experiences with Herb Chambers Collision Center. The first time was a repair of my BMW which came out spectacular, it looked brand new so of course when I had an accident recently it was a no brainer to bring it back to Herb Chambers. Both times, the customer service team was great but more recently I had the pleasure of working with Allison Cox.
