My car was in for five weeks for a fairly straightforward repair - dent in passenger door. During that time I called four times, never got calls back as promised. Worst part was the HC advisor and insurance adjuster clear don’t like each other and would email me about the other person but not reply to one another or resolve my issue. They also wouldn’t call me to tell me what was happening. Herb Chambers held my car an extra week because they couldn’t be grown ups and work out the issue. Childish and unprofessional.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Back in May, our Range Rover Sport was brought in with extensive damage from an accident. The car needed over 30,000 dollars in repairs. Insurance estimated the car should be done in 17 days. Knowing Ranger Rovers issues, we knew this car would not be done in that short amount of time.
