Bought a “Certified” Pre-Owned Ram from Herb Chambers in November 2024. By April 2025 the front bumper was already corroding—an issue Ram’s warranty was supposed to cover as a simple fix. What I got instead was 16+ months of pure runaround. Computer system problems, ownership changes, a revolving door of service managers, and endless scheduling excuses. If you purchased a car here prior to April of this year, they threw away your paperwork. If you need warranty work done, good luck. They will just give you the run around.
