I'm happy with the service from Julio and Lap. They made everything so simple and fast. Julio went out and found the vehicle I was looking for and was there the following day. Outstanding! This is my first purchase with Herb Chambers and it won't be the last.
Let me first preface this review first as to say I'm normally a very positive person and NEVER give any review with a 1 or rarely a 2. I will find the postive in every person or company. With that said I'm very disappointed with the last month now with Herb Chambers Jeep in Millbury. First the online schedule setup is great! Its so easy and very accessible. Service representative was knowledgeable and competent. I received excellent customer service.
Definitely recommend this service center. They were friendly and helpful. They provided me with a ride home and a ride back to pick up my truck after having tires put on, an alignment, and inspection. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because I had to call to get an update. If I had been updated to know how things were going I would have been 5 star happy.
