Awful service with the ownership change. I scheduled service 6 weeks ago. The parts were on back order (for the second time this year) and was told “ we need to send the parts back when we receive them and reorder them due to the change in ownership). I then opened a case with Stellantis who after a couple of attempts at contacting the dealership was told by their Service Department “he’s all set. The work has been completed”….nope never happened. Bunch of clowns. Don’t walk away, run.
Had my Jeep towed to what had been Herb Chambers Jeep in Millbury on a Saturday afternoon only to learn that the dealership had closed early that day as it was being purchased by Tasca. Despite all the turmoil that accompanies a change in ownership and all new systems, Paul in Service took amazing care of me and my Grand Cherokee was diagnosed, repaired, and home by Tuesday afternoon at a very fair price. Outstanding service under the circumstances and I look forward to working with the Tasca team going forward!
Great experience overall. Dealership needs more sales people on the floor. Jon, salesman, was great but the only person on the floor. Love my new Daytona!!! Cannot be more happier!
