I tried to give 0 ⭐️ but it wasn’t an option. I reached out to test drive a 2 door Jeep Wrangler. No follow up. So I went to Harr on Gold Star Blvd. The manager didn’t even apologize for his sales people’s incompetence. They lost out on lease with me!!
Immediately acknowledged upon entry to the service area. Directed to the waiting area and refreshments provided. Simple service of oil change, tire rotation and inspection of critical components performed in a timely manner. Update was provided during the service.
Absolutely miserable service experience and would not recommend. First point of contact was good. Brought the car in for a heated steering wheel which was smoking. It was diagnosed and a new steering wheel was put on. I picked the car up at the end of the day and the heated steering wheel didn't work. I immediately called first thing the next morning and was told I'd get a call back from the original service advisor to get this fixed. No call was ever received.
