RecommendedWe were hoping for a “hometown” experience instead of the usual big box store one and that’s exactly what we got! We felt at home the moment we walked in the store. The buying process was no pressure and we so appreciate that. Our new stove was delivered this morning and we love it. The installers removed our old one and had the new one ready to go in no time! Such kind and professional service, both in store and in-home! Recently purchased 15cft. chest freezer for my home. Phill was extremely helpful and informative while I made my choice. We bought a new LG stove and it was delivered yesterday by two nice men. We went in and picked it out and worked with the owner when we were there. We are pleased to say it was probably our more pleasant and memorable appliance purchase. From the time we walked in the door at Herald's to the delivery process we were treated differently than at a box store. This must be the kind of store my grandparents had the pleasure of shopping at. We were prepared to pay a little more to get that personal service that we have heard about... read more
I wouldnt buy anywhere else.....the service is great.....i call in for repair and they work me in the same day. now that is service.........just wish they werent downtown.....
