Trying to return a few knobs and four trips later no success. Four trips because I was told each time to come in and the problem would be resolved and each time sent away. Bottom line horrible customer service!!!!! Too bad we are in the process of building and need everything but definitely not from here!

We’ve gone there for everything from light fixtures to pulls to toilets and have always been 100% satisfied with the experience and the products!
Was optimistic about my visit today that you'd be able to give me some good advice regarding a very unique bathtub request. The young sales woman was not helpful at all! More interested in getting rid of me with short curt answers. This was my first visit and wanted to see what you had to offer.
