Missed deliveries: Today is 11/26/2022. I got no paper today and none yesterday. Also last week missed two deliveries. Called in all four times. This is damn poor service . No one answers the phone except recording equip.

Many of us in the Hagerstown and Frederick areas are beginning to notice starting in 2021 The Herald-Mail Media began duplicate charging for one month's time. In my case, I was duplicate billed for my subscription two times in September and then bi-weekly in December of 2021. When I finally got to speak to an actual person, as I was getting the run around through customer service emails, I yet got more of the run-around. Once a popular, customer-friendly hometown newspaper, the Herald Mail has been on a steady decline for the past couple years. With their "merger" or purchase or whatever it is called with a bigger conglomerate, USA Today or Shurz Communications, the customer service both in the office and delivery-wise is atrocious. My home delivery is missed, on average, 1-2 days each week. I call circulation to report it and they claim they will speak to the carrier but still it continues. Pathetic... I have yet to receive a paper and subscribed 5 days ago. I have called them every day to let them know I have not received a paper but to no avail.
