I called 12 times to be specific trying to make an appointment for my daughter . And i was in the waiting line for more than 5 min in each call, waiting for someone to answered, for only them to send me to voicemail each time i tried. How frustrating.
Your dental department is terrible! Not only the dentists but also the receptionists and other staff provide very poor service. You should genuinely care about patients instead of just making money. Your dentists are either from Hong Kong or Guangdong and look down on people from mainland China. You deceive and manipulate Chinese patients and act irresponsibly. At first, You state one price, but after the first procedure, you claim additional charges are needed—deceiving patients!
