I really liked here...saved my life
I had a very disappointing experience at **Herald Christian Health Center - El Monte location** when I brought my mom for a visit. The medical assistant was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for clarification regarding my mom’s lab test information, they raised their voice at me as if I had no right to ask questions. Their attitude was dismissive and condescending as if they were above being questioned. I brought my mother for an ER follow-up, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff, who spoke in an Asian language, was very rude and unhelpful. Additionally, it is very disrespectful and discriminatory for the staff to speak in an Asian language in front of patients who do not understand it. Communication should be in English to ensure all parties are clear about the appointment details and procedures.
