Most of the staff at this clinic are kind and professional. However, I had a very negative experience with a front desk dental receptionist (a heavyset woman with glasses), which seriously affected my visit. This was my first time at the dental department. I had called ahead and was told by the doctor to come in at 1:30 PM, although it was a same-day visit without a formal appointment.
