I started working with this company through a temp agency called Aerotek. It took me a year and 2 months to get hired on nd when i finally did, they pay rate was exactly the same as the temp agency which was $12.50 an hour. Management doesn't give a damn about the employees, no matter how skilled or dedicated. During my time there, ive seen over 20 people walk out the door and management never addressed it. Worst company I've ever worked for. Save urself the time and hassle. Just look for a different place to work.
